Privacy Policy

Effective: August 3, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Yibi AI LLC ("WireMagic", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the wiremagic.ai website, the WireMagic desktop application, and connected services.

WireMagic is local-first: project files you create or import are stored on your device by default. Information leaves your device when a connected feature requires it or when you choose to send it, as described below. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Information we process

Accounts and devices. We process your email address, sign-in and account-session information, region, device identifiers, the computer name reported by your operating system, platform, application version, plan-access status, and recent device activity when you use an account or paid license. The computer name is shown only to the signed-in account owner to help distinguish devices; it does not determine device identity, access, or limits.

Purchases. Stripe and Link collect payment and billing details at Checkout and provide merchant-of-record transaction services for eligible purchases. We receive and store transaction identifiers and status information needed to fulfill and support a purchase, including the selected plan and billing interval, purchase and subscription dates and status, and refund or dispute status. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Local projects. We do not automatically upload your complete project files. Project information is processed by us when you initiate a connected feature, including the cases below, or when you deliberately send a file to support.

AI features. When you use AI assistance, we process the prompt and selected project context needed for the request. Depending on the workflow, this can include content from selected project pages or canvas elements, relevant conversation context, and generated results. This information is processed by WireMagic and the service providers described in Section 4.

Share Preview Links. When you publish a link, we host the snapshot and related metadata needed to display and manage it. Anyone with the link may be able to view the snapshot.

Diagnostics and reliability. The application may report limited usage, performance, and error data, such as a random installation identifier, a random internal account identifier when you are signed in, application version, platform, operating system and version, locale, diagnostic codes, session timing, and approximate country, region, and city inferred by our network when a report is received. These reports are designed not to contain project text, file contents, email addresses, precise location, or raw IP addresses, and may be processed by product analytics and diagnostic service providers.

Website and support. Our website hosting and security providers process IP address, browser, request, security, and timestamp information to deliver and protect the site. To understand visits and improve downloads and purchases, we may also collect limited page, referral, browser, device, session, and approximate location information. The analytics service may receive the connection IP needed to process the request and infer approximate location, and the browser may store analytics identifiers and campaign information. When you arrive through a Google advertisement, we may use Google advertising measurement during that browser session to record the attributed visit and a resulting installer download. Direct visits and downloads outside such a session do not load this advertising measurement. This measurement does not send purchase-form fields, support content, or enhanced conversion data. The purchase flow also uses browser storage and strictly necessary cookies for purchase and account sessions. We process emails, attachments, screenshots, and other information you choose to send to support.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, secure, and maintain the Service;
  • create accounts, authenticate users, and activate devices;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, taxes, refunds, and disputes;
  • provide AI assistance and Share Preview Links;
  • respond to support, privacy, and legal requests;
  • detect fraud, abuse, reliability problems, and security incidents;
  • measure and improve product quality using limited diagnostics; and
  • send transactional messages and product news you request.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested accounts, purchases, and connected features; our legitimate interests in securing, supporting, and improving the Service; consent where we specifically request it; and compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and lawful-request duties.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for:

  • cloud infrastructure, including hosting, network security, databases, and file storage;
  • payment and merchant-of-record services, including Stripe and Link, for payment processing, billing, tax calculation, receipts, transaction support, and fraud prevention;
  • communications, including transactional email delivery;
  • product analytics, advertising measurement, and diagnostics, including product usage, campaign and download conversion measurement, performance, and application error monitoring; and
  • AI infrastructure and model processing when you request AI features.

Providers process information under their own agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute requirements. Retention depends on the type of information:

  • purchase-only browser sessions normally expire after about 30 minutes, and account browser sessions after about 30 days;
  • product usage, performance, and diagnostic information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to understand feature usage, improve reliability, secure the Service, and support product decisions, subject to verified privacy requests and applicable law;
  • Share Preview snapshot assets normally expire after the publishing plan's default period (currently 30, 90, 180, or 365 days) unless revoked sooner, subject to backup and cleanup processing; related operational metadata is retained only while needed for link management, quotas, security, abuse prevention, and legal records, then deleted or deidentified when no longer needed;
  • account, plan-access, purchase, refund, dispute, and tax records are retained while needed to provide the Service and satisfy legal and accounting obligations;
  • device access and release-history records are retained while needed for account access, security, support, product analysis, and operational records; removing device access releases the slot but does not delete that historical record;
  • an optional reported computer name is retained only while needed to help the signed-in account owner recognize devices and operate the account; it is not included in product analytics or support exports and follows our verified-deletion process;
  • AI conversation context and related continuity information is retained while needed to provide continuity, reliability, security, and support, or until deletion is appropriate following a verified request; and
  • support communications are retained while needed to resolve the matter and maintain appropriate business records.

6. International processing

Yibi AI LLC is a United States company, and we and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on contractual and other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and appeal or complain to a data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Send a request from the email associated with your account to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or accounting. Some pseudonymous diagnostics might not be reasonably linkable to your email without additional identifying information from your device.

A request to delete transaction data through Link is separate from deleting your WireMagic account. Deleting Link transaction data may cancel all related subscriptions processed through Sold through Link. Review the effect with Link before submitting that request if you want to keep an active subscription.

8. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and protected credential storage. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
